We have added Four Winns and Wellcraft and are looking to expand our team! As a boat salesperson it is your job to help people’s dreams on the water come true.
One of the main jobs will be to listen to the customer’s needs and help them figure out their boating styles and help them determine the right style of boat for their family and friends (or to help them escape them).

We are fast growing with a new marina facility at the water offering sales, service, parts and accessories, storage, gas dock and convenience store, as well as a Highly Visible highway location!

Sales Team Members must be able to:
• Work well within a team atmosphere.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Follow through and follow up with customer database.
• Prioritize Customer Service.
• Be prepared to better yourself every day and be coachable.
• Experience in marine sales is not necessary, previous sales experience is a bonus!
5 day work week including weekends.
Some light travel for Winter Boat shows and training.
Full Service Department, Complete Highway and Marina locations offering sales, service, parts, and accessories along with Inside and Outside storage, gas dock, convenience store, and boat ramp at the marina.
