Requirements:
Experience: Must have 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years.
Clean Record: No more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 36 months.
Safety First: No more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months, including 15+, careless, reckless, cell phone violation, improper lane change, etc.
Safety Track Record: No more than 4 preventable accidents/incidents in the last 12 months, with no more than 2 non-DOT accidents, and no DOT preventable accidents in the last 12 months.
