It is a 2bed/1bath apartment (another guy in other room).
It is a great location, very close to campus, 5 mins walk to campus and 10 mins walk to downtown.
I currently pay $539 a month for the apartment and utilities.
You have access to gym, study rooms and laundry.
It is a furnished apartment.
