The river is right down the road.
Cabin 2 is yellow it only fits 1 or 2 people.
$400 all utilities paid.
The brown cabin has a king size bed fully furnished.
$500 all utilities paid.
I have 2 bedrooms available in the house.
$400 each or 2 for $600 all utilities paid.
