The Marketing Assistant is responsible for helping contribute to Coegi’s internal marketing and content strategy for the Marketing and New Business team.
The Marketing Assistant is expected to bring a positive can-do attitude, a desire for creative thinking, and a data-driven approach to internal and external marketing efforts for Coegi.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

Develops written and visual content for internal and external marketing collateral
Keeps up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and shares most important insights with the team
Updates new and existing collateral with new branding
Assists with research for new business pitches
Assists with Coegi organic social planning and execution
Other responsibilities and projects related to marketing branding and lead generation as assigned.

Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing
Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical
Superior skills with Excel and/or other software to leverage statistical analysis
Ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles
Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines
Preferred Skills
Graphic design - intermediate to advanced level, with Canva experience
Video editing experience
Organic social media management experience
Education and/or Experience
Must have or be working towards a Bachelor's or Master’s degree; concentration in marketing, communications, business or advertising preferred
