Media Specialist

Agri Spray Drones is seeking a media specialist to produce, record, edit, create graphics, and export content for the web and social media platforms.
The projects would include, but are not limited to, producing digital stories, short-form features, training, promotional, and marketing videos.
The media specialist will also support live webinars, conferences, and events.

*Expectations:* The media specialist contributes to the overall success of Agri Spray Drones by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities: * Proficiency in all aspects of the video production process (including: scripting, shooting (open to travel, as needed), editing, lighting, sound, direction of talent, post-production, color correction, compression, encoding, and archiving).
* Exhibit creative storytelling skills to highlight various products, customer stories and testimonials.
* Be part of a team to assist with and record short-form features using a digital cinema camera and audio.
* Serve as a remote producer for Agri Spray Drones webinars and meetings.
* Provide A/V support for workshops and trainings.
* Edit using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
* Be able to create graphics and motion graphics utilizing Adobe software products, third party templates, and plug-ins.
* Follow the style guide of our brand.
* Understand popular social networks, including their design and functionality.
* Create and format content for social media use.
* Be aware of the latest trends in video production, editing, and motion graphic techniques.
* Be able to learn and adapt to new technologies in video production and social media.
* Have strong organizational skills in managing projects, documenting hours on each phase of a production, archiving and cataloging media for stock footage use.
* Assist the marketing team with media production, social media management, and video communications.
* Maintain strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to challenges while meeting deadlines.
*Location:* This position is primarily based in Boonville, Missouri.
While remote applicants may be considered, it's essential this role be based out of mid-Missouri to streamline production.
*Experience and Qualifications:* * Strong team building, mentoring, leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and organize daily activities to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Ability to function with a high degree of independence and collaboration with other employees.
* 2+ years of relevant work experience in video production.
* Bachelor’s degree in journalism, digital storytelling, media communications, or a related field, preferred.
* This position requires excellent video production skills to plan, script, shoot, and edit platform-specific videos.
* Knowledge of agriculture industry or agricultural sprayer drones is a plus.
