Regional Sales Representative

*Sales* Agri Spray Drones is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong aptitude for sales, and a passion for driving agricultural innovation.
This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, facilitate product demonstrations, and contribute to the expansion of our market presence.
*Responsibilities*: * Answer Sales Calls: Respond promptly and courteously to inbound sales inquiries, providing comprehensive product information and guidance to prospective customers.
* Connect Potential Customers: Identify customer needs and preferences, and effectively connect them with a local dealer to facilitate sales transactions.
* Utilize CRM System: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
* Assist Sales Partner Team: Collaborate closely with our Sales Partner Team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets and cultivating strong customer relationships.
* Manage Incoming Leads: Monitor and prioritize incoming leads from the CRM system, promptly following up with potential customers to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
* Set up Product Demos: Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations for interested customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Agri Spray Drones.
* Market Discovery for New Products: Conduct market research and cold calling activities to identify potential leads and opportunities for introducing new products to the market.
*Requirements:* * Strong clerical and organizational skills * Advocate for and passionate about exceptional customer experiences * High school Education or equivalent * Sales experience is not required but preferred * Ag experience is not required but preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.
