Commission Sales Associate

* is looking for a full-time sales associate to join our team in our Columbia, MO location.
Dillard’s has been in business since 1938 and is a family owned business.
We are looking for someone that is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude.
*Responsibilities:* * Greet customers as they enter and provide excellent customer service * Complete sales transactions in a timely manner * Maintain a clean, neat and professional store * Assist customers with their orders and assist them with questions about our products * Provide feedback to management on any issues or problems that arise * Answer customer questions about specific products and inform the customer further.
*Required Skills:* * Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed * Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required * Professional appearance and attitude * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
00 - $20.
