Sales Associate (part-time) Retail Women's Clothing

The Sales Associate provides services that are unique to each of our customers needs.
They build genuine connections and work one-on-one with our customers to help them gain a lasting wardrobe with a high level of customer service and expert product knowledge all while ensuring the store environment and visual standards are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities include: * Assist in achieving individual and team selling goals by greeting and genuinely assisting all customers who enter the store.
* Guides customers to looks that flatter with helpful service and advice to help help build her wardrobe.
* Replenishes the sales floor to ensure all sizes and minimum requirements are represented on the sales floor.
* Complies with all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment and to protect company assets.
