Jani-King is America’s #1 commercial cleaning company provider and we are looking for aggressive, energetic In/Out side Sales Representatives to join our sales team.
Do you enjoy engaging with people, problem solving, sharing ideas and helping them achieve measurable success? Do you want to manage your own work, client base and set your own appointments? The ideal candidate would work 2 or 3 day in the office scheduling appointments and the other days running the appointments you set and cold calling.
Our business is sales-driven by generating new business through targeted sales and marketing initiatives by visiting local business to conduct solution base presentation that deliver result.
Out Side Sales Rep is responsible for the sale of the organization's service in a specified territory or major geographical area.
Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Develop effective sales presentations and close sales by using marketing materials and selling techniques.
* Setting appointments with prospective customers.
* Make presentations on the organization's services to potential commercial cleaning facilities.
* Meet established call average expectations and sales performance expectations.
* Read, understand, and utilize the Jani-King concept so that you can sell our program in all our industries, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, restaurants, School and Universities, Sport Venues, Bank and any other commercial facility, knowledge and competitive product knowledge for effective presentations (sales calls).
* Generating new business through targeted sales and marketing initiatives
* Build book of business, Corporate contacts & leads, through cold calling, meetings, presentations
* Develop and maintain client relations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* Outbound sales calls on targeted leads.
* Prepare Proposals, Confirm details
* Prepares weekly and monthly reports and forecasts
Position Requirements
* Minimum of one year outside sales experience
* Proven track record in sales generation
* Strong understanding of client and market dynamics
* Effective communication, problem solving, planning, organizational and creative skills; desire to contribute with innovative ideas
* Ability to maintain excellent relations with staff and colleagues
* Financial and general business acumen
* Self-Starter, able to work well with limited supervision
* Existing client base a plus
Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
