We are ONLY looking for an experienced sales rep that has a proven track record of winning and winning BIG.

Established in 2017 at the Lake of the Ozarks, we specialize in appearance protection for the marine and automotive industries (even though we can do all things; airplanes, side-by-sides, etc.
).
Our services include ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF or Clear Bra) and boat washing/detailing.

*What we need from you:*
* Generate sales by completing prospecting and marketing activities
* Reply to company provided leads
* Create opportunities by joining and participating in FB Owner & Lake Area Specific Groups
* Consistently grow personal knowledge base on company, industry, products & services
* Connect with people
* Build relationships - via FB groups, visiting docks while crews are out, meeting clients when possible, etc.
* Ask for referrals
* Prepare Estimates
* Regular follow up with clients
* Meet with clients to look at jobs when necessary
* Know how to properly quote any type of project
* Maintain company profitability margins by selling within or above crew scheduling ability
*Requirements/Qualifications*
* Marine or Auto Industry and/or Detailing Industry Sales a Plus (but not required)
* Outside Sales Experience
* Ability to communicate
* Ability to meet new people in a confident and appropriate manner
* Experience using a CRM
* Reliable transportation
