A Campaign Operations Specialist works on a portfolio of clients to build and manage client campaigns and website tagging.
The Campaign Operations Specialist is proactive, strategic, organized, and exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
Campaign Planning and Management - Develop and manage campaigns and implement tracking that aligns with client goals.
Monitor campaign pacing and alert relevant client teams of any issues that arise.
Work with vendors to ensure expected and contracted campaign delivery.
Software, Systems and Processes - Understand client needs to implement effective campaign setup and tracking.
Able to work in Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Responsible for campaign setup and maintenance, tracking and reporting as needed.
Channel Optimization & Reporting - Monitor campaign delivery and media delivery reporting as needed.
Elevate complex reporting requirements to Lead, Campaign Operations Strategy for guidance and mentorship.
Vendor Relationships - Traffic creative to meet vendor specifications and communicate effectively in relevant channels at each step.
Maintain current and accurate time records related to all functions of agency, client and team work assignments in Advantage software system.
Attend internal training, online conferences, seminars, and travel to client locations.

One - two years of related professional work experience in managing digital media campaigns preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to think strategically, use critical thinking, and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in advertising, marketing or communications preferred
