Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support - Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Prepare sales forecasts and budgets - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage sales activities, schedules, and priorities - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and team members - Proficient in inventory control to ensure accurate tracking and management of products - Proven experience in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving results - Ability to conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation - Solid understanding of retail sales principles and techniques - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members - Experience in upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities - Knowledge of market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.
