As a Realty Connection Specialist, you support the home shopping process by pairing pre-qualified buyers with Real Estate Agents within the Veterans United Realty (VUR) Network.
You answer general inquiries about VUR and the home buying process, while abiding by company and industry guidelines prohibiting any discussion of loan terms.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Take pre-qualified leads and partner home buyers with a realty partner within the network.
Act as the first point of contact for buyers over the phone, addressing general inquiries about the process and connecting buyers with the appropriate Real Estate Agent in the VUR Network, while abiding by company and industry guidelines prohibiting any discussion of loan terms.
Ensure all needs are met and each homebuyer is receiving excellent customer service by assigning pairing files to an Agent Development Coach for review and follow-up.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed.
