Fragrance Selling Specialist

TPG Beauty is searching for Best-in-Class fragrance sales professionals to deliver exemplary customer experiences while meeting sales goals.
As one of our elite team of highly skilled fragrance experts, you will utilize your product expertise and interpersonal skills to create a personalized in-store experience which educates and engages our customers.
You will be working as an essential member of our high-performing team to ensure a Best-in-Class luxury fragrance experience by partnering with store management and associates.
You will communicate your understanding of key product differences to clients and guide their purchases by identifying their needs and preferences.
This role also includes responsibilities of monitoring standards in merchandising and event execution.
Qualifications: All applicants must have a proven sales record.
Retail experience is highly preferred.
Ability to provide authentic, exceptional, personalized customer service.
Ability to embrace training materials and utilize knowledge to drive positive sales results.
Ability to understand and communicate sales goals on a daily and weekly basis.
Ability to communicate with store personnel to deliver brand and product information and build effective, lasting partnerships with store management and associates.
Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Execute visual merchandising standards as provided by brands.
Ability to work retail hours (Days, Evenings, Weekends).
Use of technology: payroll and scheduling app on phone and Zoom or Teams calls/training as needed.
Part-time, 25 hours per week.
