Job Location: This position is located in Jefferson City.

We are seeking a sales professional with strong leadership skills to directly support the Chief Sales Officer in the supervision and oversight of the inside sales team (11 members), the field sales team (50 members), sales support team (3 members) and three regional offices and support staff (15 members,) plus the activity of three physical offices/warehouses.
The position supports the Chief Sales Officer and sales leadership team with strategic planning development and execution, in addition to special projects to grow sales, across all levels of the sales team.
Expectations include the productive facilitation of the office manager group, the inside sales leadership team, the sales management team and individual sales team groups as needed.
Regular in-person collaboration with the regional sales teams is expected.
Travel expectations include approximately 2-3 overnights per month or more as needed.
Top candidates will be highly organized, be a resourceful problem-solver and demonstrate exceptional writing and verbal leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or more of the following: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a closely related field.
Qualifying experience can substitute for education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience in sales or marketing is highly preferred.
Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
