7 bedroom 3 bath home on 2 levels with walk out basement.

4 of the bedrooms only have 1 bed each.

Home sits on a small resort property.
Our waterfront is approximately 75 yards down the hill from the house.
We have a huge 10 slip dock with a 10’x50’ swim platform.
Absolutely secluded swim area at the end of a cove.
No crashing waves or boat traffic here.
We provide a large Lilly pad lake floaty as well as a ladder to get in and out of the water.
Private boat launch ramp on the property and a covered boat slip is included if you want to bring your own boat.
There is no pool on the property.
Very secluded feel but still only minutes from major stores.
Property consists of 13 acres with 3 houses and a few RV sites.
Only 1 house is rented for vacation use so the swim area will never be crowded.
In fact your group would most likely be the only people using it.
Great fishing right from the dock.
We do rent this home on several vacation rental platforms and most weekends in 2024 are already booked.
We still have a few available though.
3 night stay minimum.
$730 per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $250.
After September 1st the nightly rate is $700 and only a 2 night minimum.
We have dozens of 5 star reviews and we are significantly cheaper than other homes with this many bedrooms.

To save you time I can tell you that these are currently the only available weekends June 1st weekend, June 15th weekend.
All July weekends are booked.
August 17th weekend, and August 31st weekend.
We also have several available in September.

Absolutely no bachelor parties allowed.
We are a relaxed family atmosphere.
