Our lakefront condo offers spectacular views of the main channel at Lake Of The Ozarks and is on the 5th floor!! The condo is close to the 22 mile marker near the Grand Glaize Bridge! Our complex has an elevator too which is an amenity many others don't have.

Description
Take the Elevator to the door then Lakeview from the moment you walk in!!! Enjoy a breathtaking view of the main channel at the 22 Mile Marker of Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
The Master Suite comes with a Queen Bed and a Garden Jetted Tub in the adjoining Master Bath.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed as well and the 3rd Bedroom has Two Twin Beds.
This condo is nicely furnished and Lakeview throughout.
The screened in Lakeview Deck is a nice feature to enjoy the Lake Life at its fullest, watching the boats drive by each day and beautiful sunsets each night are free.
Nice patio furniture and a good-sized gas grill compliment the screened in deck and makes for a nice gathering place.
Just next to the building is a Lakeside Outdoor Swimming Pool where you can relax and soak up some rays.
If that's not enough, there is a 14 X 40 boat slip available if needed and don't forget the elevator.
Now let's talk location: This Condo is in the heart of Osage Beach off Nichols Road, close to everything.
Restaurants,
Nightlife, Go Cart Tracks, Miniature Golf, Big Surf Water Park, just to name a few.
By water again, you are in the heart of everything, Waterfront Restaurants and Bars such as Red Head Yacht Club, Dog Days, Shorty Pants and Backwater Jacks just to name a few.
Margaritaville / Tan Tar A Resort is close by land or water and Captain Ron's "Home to the Shoot-Out" is only about 10 miles away by water! As you can see, this condo has it all, you can book with confidence.

great view and quiet complex
I have stayed at multiple properties in Osage beach and this one is my new favorite.
Great main Channel view, quiet complex and easy access to boat slip via the elevator.
Owners are very nice.
The condo is well maintained and decorated.
We enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony and grilling food in the evening while watching the boats cruise by.
